I didn't have a plan for this one in the slightest. Just kept noodling until it felt right. I pinched some brushes from the designers at day job and they were a delight to use.
I listened to tma for the first time recently and had a fun time. I like characters who have little to no body autonomy.

I read Velvet (friction-press.itch.io/antlers) again recently. This went through a few iterations as I didn't do much illuminated manuscript research before starting, and so I had to fix my page proportions half way through.
I haven't read Young Avengers since the V2 days back in 2013, but I still enjoy drawing Billy and Teddy occasionally.
I distinctly remember I had just switched to using a new program and was still trying to figure out the brush/scattering settings haha.
I made a ferdibert comic a few years ago and it was originally going to be half flowy intricate detail and half silhouettes/shadow puppets, but I changed it to something weird and abstract at the very last minute and I have zero regrets. Full comic below ⬇️
