Having two books drafted is basically the same thing as one book finished, right? So I'd be justified in getting myself a writer reward? If I, say, promised to wait until they're both finished to get another...?

Okay. I'm calling it. I've now sent 85 queries for fae book. I'm not sending anymore. Is it too long? Yep. That's on me, but it was either be too long or be a series & I hoped an agent would like it enough to make that call. Hoping for an agent is practically a pipe dream anyway.

Thanks. I've had chronic migraines more than 20 years, only occasionally slipping down into episodic, & my neurologist has me on an anticonvulsant​ for the facial pain w/no concern it's anything but migraine damage. It rarely breaks through. It's just one more 'minor' probably explainable thing🫠

I am getting more & more concerned there's another neurological disorder lurking & it's just a matter of how much damage it can do before it's diagnosable. Periodic facial pain now comes w/twitching apparently. Am I batty for hoping my 1yr follow up on white matter lesions actually shows something?
