At this point i would like to point out that natural delivery can cause long term damage to the pelvic floor, which may not manifest till decades on, as prolapse or incontinence etc. Being a woman's problem, this is grossly understudied. Not sure i could confidently label any csec unnecessary.

Yeah, that was grossssssly unclear from your og skeet, i regret to say. It is really easy to read it the way we all did. Anyway, yeah, this i agree with. Although there's nowhere really safe from climate impacts, which i think is also partly Shep's point.
