At this point i would like to point out that natural delivery can cause long term damage to the pelvic floor, which may not manifest till decades on, as prolapse or incontinence etc. Being a woman's problem, this is grossly understudied. Not sure i could confidently label any csec unnecessary.

Sorry to break it to you, but I gave birth almost 20 years ago, and any symptoms have been minimal. You’re suggesting that all women should have c-sections?
