Dinner and dessert today - gluten free! This turned out amazing. Chicken paprikash (made with lots of onion, garlic, tomato, a bell pepper, and an inhumane amount of paprika) with rice and a flourless chocolate cake ❤️

Romanian mamaliga, half sugar and cinnamon and half garlic and parm toppings :) Then, a little late, but I made some hamantaschen! Hope everyone had a chag Purim sameach! Gluten free... not as good as regular, but a decent substitute. Reminds me of childhood. ❤️
