Our paper was published today in Nature Biotech! www.nature.com/articles/s41... Tandem Repeat Genotyping Tool (TRGT) is a new method for genotyping tandem repeats in PacBio HiFi long reads. We used some nice algorithmic strategies to improve genotyping accuracy. 🖥️ 🧬
