September in Gloucestershire FEELS like one of the coldest & wettest I can remember Solar production seems likely to end up being about 400kwh…about 2/3rds of the amount produced in April. Any way of confirming the temperature, cloud & rainfall this Sept compared to other yrs?

For rainfall, this might help once the right filters are set (though I think it only sums for a month at the month end so no September yet. Wishing Dave Throup was on Bsky as he posts this stuff... eip.ceh.ac.uk/hydrology/wa...

Similar story here in the east of NL, +/- 380 kWh Sept vs 450 kWh in April.

There is an archive somewhere, I ran across it years ago. Not sure where I found it, but metoffice might be a good start…

It’s a cold, blowy day in not sunny Wiltshire

September is often a lovely month here, but colder, and less sunny, than usual this year☹️

Not looking great in Sussex either.

I found a great website somewhere which could estimate monthly and annual solar production anywhere in the world. I used it when designing my system, and it's annual prediction seems about right. I'll try and dig it out. Rough rule of thumb in UK, annually, is 1000kWh per kW of installed capacity.
