Oooh. I tried it with chicken thighs in a yoghurty marinade…it was OK but not fab. However this was absolutely banging so shall be adapting it for a chicken traybake in future.

I wouldn't do a yoghurt marinade. I'd marinade the chicken with olive oil and the harissa. I think that's what I did with the quail.
