Yes. Managed to squeeze out nearly 8kwh of solar despite the clouds, the rain and the wind. Enough to make dinner, heat water for showers, boil kettles, keep the lights on and a quick dishwash. So grateful for my Oodie which keeps me SO WARM despite resisting putting the heating on.

Oooh. I tried it with chicken thighs in a yoghurty marinade…it was OK but not fab. However this was absolutely banging so shall be adapting it for a chicken traybake in future.
