I hope you're getting good advice. We ultimately dropped out of the facebook / twitter mecfs conversation because #pwme were coming to blows over best practice. To quote Kate: it's depressing. 🥺

There's folks really entrenched in their way being the best way. While there are most likely multiple me/cfs subtypes, which means some methods might work for some and not others. And there is a shitton of pseudoscience and quackery as well.
