We realized the dog bed we brought on this road trip for Dolly was SO STINKY (and probably making my migraine worse) and so bought her a bougie bed at a pet store just off Davie street. So far she might be having a better holiday than the humans.

Yeah it’s a gorgeous day, supposed to be rainy tomorrow I’ll be inside for most of our days here but sun is still nice either way.
Good morning from Vancouver where we’ve already had to move hotel rooms this morning because the one we checked into last night was dirty and a bunch of stuff was broken and I’ll be dealing with my difficult father in a few hours and it’s all a bit of a clusterfuck.
This road trip has been a mini wildfire destruction tour going through Jasper, Barriere and Lytton, among other burned places (plus plenty of mountain pine beetle destruction).
This is what trans folks mean when we say "let us tell our stories". Will Ferrell used his clout and brand to get this made which obviously is being focused on him but the actual doc is very much Harper's story and most often in her own words. If folks won't give us a seat, pull out a chair.
