Don't think I've ever shared this neat trick I did in Post-Human. Half-Life Alyx doesn't have rect lights so in order to get a rectangular highlight I added an emissive material behind the window, then set the window model to not render to cubemaps creating a nice sheen!
Posting more Post-Human stuff. I spent probably way more time on these elevators than I had to. Especially the xen stuff. I think it turned out nice though, even with the mess behind the scenes
