I didn't have an issue with steps, but I wasn't warned they are no good for working with screens. I spend 10hours/day+ in front of a screen. If you do give them a go, Asda opticians is best bet for value. All lenses same ££, and cheap.

Yes, I read a paper ages ago on suicide barriers on bridges (iirc it focussed on the golden gate bridge). Yes the person could go somewhere else or use another method, but they don't. Suicide rates overall dropped significantly.

Oh yeah - but there seemed to be conflation (NB I'm hyper sensitive ref EColi: one son ended up in intensive care) with the source of the overflow (us and our pesky household appliances) and EColi contamination.

I've been extremely fortunate to have been lent an EPAC on permanent loan from a very kind neighbour. I didn't understand the why before I rode it and I think if I have to give it back, I'd be looking to replace it. It's a WONDER.
