All indications are that this scotus is entirely unbound. They're making it up as they go to suit their needs. All it'll take is a fresh court challenge. I have no intention of assuming a harris victory will be recognized unless and until I'm watching her taking the oath of office in January 2025

And, especially and most heinously, that they should be denied statehood for that reason and only that reason

Scotus is ready to make this happen. The house is ready to make this happen. The challenge to the 2024 outcome will be cleaner, better organized, and much more thorough than the 2020 fumblerooski. Everyone should prepare for conflict, armed or otherwise.
