I'm Jealous, we have had no Indian summer and not holding my breath for one. The Anadama bread sound good with molasses?
I would gladly send you some of our 90°F daytime highs 😬 Yes, molasses and cornmeal in the dough... it's a sourdough, been in the fridge in bulk for about 36 hours... now it's shaped and rising in the loaf pans
