Thank you! SO grateful this area seems to have its own weather patterns. The Lake rose a LOT, almost a foot above where it was before the storms.The mountain areas have just been devastated, though. The scenes from Asheville are heartbreaking…such a gorgeous part of the world 💔

Eee scary about the lake! Glad it stopped at a foot. Yikes. I have an acquaintance in the Asheville area, and she’s a good friend of my friend. She lives up on a mountain. Friend is hoping to hear from her soon, as she hasn’t since Thursday. Keeping my fingers crossed!
