Maybe I've lost my mind but my understanding of the reporting here is that the man bought his 14 year old an AR-style gun AFTER getting visited by the FBI because they were concerned the kid was a threat to the school????????

Just weeks into the new school year, classrooms and hallways turned into scenes of carnage and horror as a mass shooter killed four people at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia.

And that being said, very rare engagement with posts over here. Part of the fun of social media is seeing a few likes and replies. Throwing thoughts into the void is kinda lame.

Confirmed again and again anecdotally at every barbecue etc. I’ve been to for the last two years. Few are aware of it. If they recall it, it’s a loose awareness and don’t know the importance. Branding failure?

As someone still using the other place too -- there really doesn't seem to be any use any more? Lots of folks ostensibly there, but dramatically lower engagement on things I post there. Is it algorithm change suppressing non-paid posts? Fewer people using it? Both/other? Liveliness gone.

But on the bright side: no opportunity for excitement thwarted by meh winners thanks to multiple candidate field progressive split in a first past the post system!

Been a while since a primary this quiet. This area had ‘23 congressional special, ‘22 mayoral and gubernatorial, and ‘21 state senate special.
