Dr Disrespect sent explicit messages to a minor and deserves 100% accountability for his actions. But he only got to that point because sponsors and business rewarded him for toxic behavior. He's not the only one. Devs and sponsors need to step up and not rewarding professional assholes.
Dr Disrespect's sponsors should have seen his behavior coming from a mile away.
