Doing all this by yourself is hard, but if they have friends/loved ones who are willing to join in and make them feel masculine... [if that's what they are going for...] It goes a long way.

For me I shopped in the mens section, got a masculinizing haircut, asked my friends to call me by my preferred name [before I legally changed it] Binding with tape/binders. Having friends/loved ones use he/him with me.

[Answering here too, just to help others] I can only speak from personal experience. Dressing and acting the way you're wanting to be perceived helps immensely.
