Heating's just gone on. It's officially hot and sour soup weather. 🍽️🍜

A bowl of hot and sour soup. The broth is a deep brown colour, made with stock, Chinkiang vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn, white pepper, soy sauce, and chili oil. Within it are ramen noodles, beansprouts, spring onions, garlic chives, and zha cai, which are all visible on the right side of the bowl; on the left are several pieces of Everbest vegetarian layered meat, air fried and then added as a topping before serving. There is also a further sprinkling of Sichuan peppercorn and a drizzle of sesame oil over the right side of the bowl; both can only be seen very faintly.
