Spent my new years eve watching shark movies. Quick reviews: Jurassic shark: very amateur production, no gore 0/5 Mega shark vs Mecha shark: titular sharks jump and duel over a plane/5 (minus some points for having like 20 sharkless minutes) 5 headed shark attack: heads/5 (best of the bunch)

Hmm there was some spinoff manga. According to wikipedia Ikuhara did say he was working on a new anime in like 2020 but I don’t think there has been news since. I assume it’s going to be a new original series though.

I’m pretty sure Sarazanmai was always meant to be a 1 season show (like everything else Ikuhara has directed this millennium). I would love to see Ikuhara’s next show though, whatever it may be
