🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY SADIE!! 💞 August 1st is my wonderful wife @bmmbooshoot.bsky.social's birthday, and I wanted to do something special to surprise them! Tychon & Luka (Golden Verse) meet Hazel & Liv (Seveneves) !

1st panel POV of someone examining a femur in their tattooed hands over a desk, on which a second femur rests. Text: If you look closely, you'll notice that that the natural striations between these specimens are perfectly identical... And yet... These are both left thigh bones. 2nd panel A young woman with long hair and hoop earrings is seated at the desk, looking down and pondering. Character is Hazel Woods (7Eves). Hazel: ... Meaning they can't have come from the same person... 3rd panel Hazel lifts her head, looking quizzical. Hazel: Were they twins? 4th panel A freckled elf man speaks, finger raised. He has multiple ear piercings and a tattoo of a rabbit on his neck. Character is Tychon Whitfrost (@bmmbooshoot's Golden Verse). Tychon: Not quite. As a matter of fact... They died centuries apart, and their remains were uncovered at two separate archaeological sites. There was no genetic or familial relation between these individuals. However, they did share just one thing in common.
1st panel Tychon stands at the desk, holding the femur out towards Hazel. A blackboard is on the wall behind him. We see over Hazel's shoulder, as something Tychon says piques her interest. Tychon: Alright, Hazel. I think you can figure it out from here. Do you remember what I said earlier about ley lines of magic running underground? What do these bones really tell us? 2nd panel Hazel's eyes and mouth go wide as she's filled with wonder at what she's just learned. Hazel: The ley lines... They affected the development of their bones! The striations can tell you where they were born and raised! So these two lived in the same place, hundreds of years apart! 3rd panel Hazel leaps up from her seat, placing her hands on the desk enthusiastically, practically sparkling. Tychon smiles calmly and lifts his hand dismissively. Hazel: Amazing!! What an incredible discovery! You're a genius, Professor Whitfrost!! Tychon: Please... "Tychon" will do.
1st panel A young goth-styled woman in a witch hat (Liv Mareluna, 7Eves) and a bearded gentleman in a suit (Luka del'Aguaro, Golden Verse) look on from afar. Liv is seated at a desk, looking bored, as Luka stands with arms crossed, smiling. Liv: Those two sure are chummy. Seems like they've been at it for hours. Luka: They'd likely do just that, if we let them. 2nd panel We see Luka from the front. He retains his pose from before. Luka: Tychon doesn't realize he has a natural gift for teaching. He's very enthusiastic when it comes to his interests. It's one of my favorite things about him. 3rd panel We see Liv from the front, in the same pose, blushing lightly. Liv: Guess we've got that in common. Once she gets excited, mine can't shut up, either. 4th panel Luka tilts his head, amused. Liv grips her hat, blushing furiously as she turns away, frowning. Luka: ... "Yours"? Liv: tch... Don't read too hard into it... Bottom text: Happy Birthday, Sadie! ♥ Zach

The wolf and the halla 🐺🦌 #dragonage#solas#solavellan#art
