Only in the USA could even the most naive and tedious moderate spit up such a take. Other democracies have multi-party systems, so there’s never any attempt to bully voters into either/or moral dilemmas between monsters. There’s nothing wise in it. Very silly stuff.

It is insane, repugnant and immoral, considering the current plight and long history of every country on earth, to reduce all political engagement to this binary — and to imagine that selecting, say, the “lesser genocide” option is not only virtuous and good but also the only conceivable way to act:
