Our distributor usually takes a while to get that link working after the pub date...it should be up now.
Nevertheless, we remain dedicated to providing a place where new writers can volunteer to slush read, to supporting artists from across the globe by always crediting and promoting their work, and to publishing underrepresented voices & genres.
That being said, we believe the industry is changing so rapidly that as a small press with limited resources, it’s hard to keep up. We have made the decision to limit our submission calls until we can ascertain what tools are safest to protect writer’s work…

We do not believe in using AI (LLMs) for any part of the book publishing process. We have a team of volunteers who slush read, proofread, and edit our books. We do our very best to find and work with artists, with a focus on international artists…
i’m making my final decisions on flash fiction for @interstellarflight.bsky.social and it’s SO hard. by my estimation, we had 1275 stories submitted, out of which we held about 160. we’ve accepted six and i have a shortlist of ~17 from which i’ll choose stories for the remaining six spots. SO HARD.
All submissions from our flash fiction call have now received a response. There still are around 40 submissions in our hold list, out of around 1300 stories. Thank you to everyone who submitted. <3 There were so many fantastic stories. We love your commitment to flash SFF!
All first round responses have gone out, and many second round responses as well. I’ve had to reject some truly amazing stories, and deeply appreciate every submission. I have some very difficult decisions to make now! —A
