Busy week for me. Last night I had a Zoom call with a researcher from CBS 60 Minutes then back to working on the book. More writing tonight then guest on a podcast tomorrow night. Also answered a stack of emails from people who have been kind enough to come forward with info. ๐๏ธ

Yes. It was as a result of things not going so well for the Germans and they wanted to control news flow. Also wanted to avoid allies being able to prime local population for any attempt to retake the islands.
