I have been more and more convinced of this since I watched (1) Bong Joon-ho’s “The Host” & (2) the recent Netflix french shark movie “Under Paris” - both of which are mostly about city water infrastructure, & how we have created elaborate systems of water ways we do not understand
turns out the city had to fix a water leak a block down & the management company didn’t know until i told them. the watershed management guys were very cool we had a great convo about water pressure after they finished working on the pipe!
why the fuck is my water shut off did they start working on it thinking no one would be home at 2pm on a thursday… nice try motherfuckers: i am unemployed
