Picked up Zelda: Echos of Wisdom. My issue with the marketing on this is the “finally get to play as Zelda” narrative. This is a monster farmer game. It’s as mainline as Hyrule Warriors where you also play as Zelda. This has no more girl power than Twilight Princess. This is not breaking the mold.

What, to you, would have broken the mold more? Honest question.

I mean, considering how little Zelda does in Twilight Princess I would say it's still better ^^'. Her design is super cool in this game but she doesn't get to do much.

Hmm not sure about breaking the mold I have been enjoying it. The ability to work your way out of things is neat. Want to “bypass” map areas? Just use certain blocks. Granted I went in expecting nothing so it hasn’t changed my enjoyment of it

I like it, but it’s slightly underwhelming.
