Zelda has been a feminist franchise for many iterations now. Its designs have been breaking gender aesthetic expectations for years. NPR is running false outrage stories about Zelda’s sexism & airing them to non gamers as if Zelda isn’t one of the only tentpole properties not part of the problem.
