That’s deeply unsettling.

Technology is a tool and not a magic solution to every single organizational problem. We settled with using AI to transcribe conversations into a highly formulaic and specific format so that our case managers can work more efficiently without doing away with the human element which is so important.

I’m currently having a similar conversation about integrating AI into case management. It took a fair amount of back-and-forth to get the room to understand that automating Case Management would not be optimal for anyone but our bottom line.
