Firefly’s text-to-image typically poops out deformed people with 27 fingers and derp eyes for me, which makes me laugh, but wastes my damn time
If I need quick lo-fi illustrations or photos for sketches, then Adobe Firefly text-to-image works. For high quality work? Nope. Generative fill yields inconsistent results, and rarely works as expected. I might be too old and cynical — do any creatives on here find Firefly/AI to be useful?
Tech bro visions of ‘universal high salaries’ for AI phasing out jobs is a lie. Replacing creatives with machines has been an executive wet dream for decades. AI is not yet viable, but many creatives still lost their jobs this year. The fever dream of AI was enough for these assbags to fire everyone
