To be able to export an overview of the contents of a specific folder of saved items on BNA. Itās taken me ages to create a spreadsheet of these and place them in chronological order

Depends on how precise you want to be! Iād start with maps, using the NLS maps that have been mentioned. There may be planning & building approvals in local archives. Also the rate books would show when building complete. Much depends on which century/decade you estimate it is!
