The biggest perk has been my elbow and wrist pain being completely gone. I hope my hip, knee and foot follow suit. If I can recommend anything to any up-and-coming artist, it is to exercise regularly.
A month and a half ago I made a promise with myself to consistently go to the gym 3x per week. It has been a bit harder to keep up with my promise due to a sudden workload increase, but I really am enjoying this new routine. Hopefully I can up it to 4x next month.
I am gonna try harder now that there ade more familiar faces around...
