People always like to talk about how their work is exceptional, regardless of what they're making. But it's always the case that they should understand the 'right' way to do things first, before deciding when exceptions are warranted.
These tools should make quick summaries of each officers activities, while actual people write reports of any incidents. The quick summaries could be looked over regularly to see if any officer has unusual behaviour that needs looking into, while important events need to be written up properly.
I rate it similar to talking on the phone when it's set to speaker. Inconsiderate to do around others unless there's something preventing you from using it quietly (e.g. hands full or impaired).

Thor:L&C was at least fun and fit in well enough with the rest of the Thor series. I watched it, enjoyed it enough for what it was, and moved on. Ant Man 3 on the other hand was not a self-contained comedy like 1&2. It had few jokes, and felt like it only existed to bring Kang to the big screen.
