Bluesky doesn't have any real verification service, per say. Instead, you can verify your account using a custom domain. If you see someone with a URL as their handle, that's why. It's also how you know the BBC account actually is the BBC, etc.

Thanks to modern science, I am able to taste guava for the first time! I am allergic to it and my tongue immediately goes numb when any guava goes into my mouth.
