I love y'all. So glad I have so many smart, caring friends in #HigherEd who speak up for themselves and others. The joke is once again on the joker, because his ignorance is an opportunity for us to reconnect and double down on positive change and inclusivity.

There are a lot of things doing real damage, or threatening to do so, to teaching and learning in higher ed. A purported surplus of ADHD diagnoses is not one of them. It's telling what we choose to spend our time on, and what we don't. /7

From my #ADHD Book: When left untreated, ADHD can take thirteen years off of our lives. This is more than the other top four mortality risks combined. In the most severe (and untreated) cases of ADHD, life expectancy might be cut short by as much as twenty-five years. Let us live. Let us learn.
