Yes, the attorney general has 20 days to provide a certificate of review with any feedback for the petitioners. The point is to be able to get all four approved as a first step and then move forward with one. This will also presumably spark more public feedback about the options presented.

The fourth proposal does not include the rights to contraception and fertility treatments, and only adds exceptions to the existing law — health of the pregnant patient, medical emergencies and fatal fetal anomalies. The group will ultimately only select one to be circulated for signatures.

Three of the proposed policies include the establishment of a fundamental right to contraception and fertility treatments, including IVF, and legalize abortion with differing limits, including fetal viability, 20 weeks and 24 weeks.
