The fourth proposal does not include the rights to contraception and fertility treatments, and only adds exceptions to the existing law — health of the pregnant patient, medical emergencies and fatal fetal anomalies. The group will ultimately only select one to be circulated for signatures.
What a weird hoop to jump: filing multiple proposals, and then selecting one. Is there at least a feedback period to aid the decision, or is the entire process political theater?
