Evidence: they copied the photos and description from a real Zillow listing, are asking for far less than the unit is worth, claim they're not available for a tour, are asking for payment via Paypal or Zelle, and have a totally bogus-looking rental application...
Hey Ann Arbor people, it appears someone is trying to do a housing fraud. Don't fall for this one: annarbor.craigslist.org/sub/d/ann-ar... I reported this to the FTC, local PD tips email, and the Zillow listing that they ripped the information from, but who knows how slow those processes will be.

I’m so curious to know if/how the cost of childcare was included!
I wonder if/how they included the cost of childcare in this? I know it’s crazy expensive and lots of families feel forced to have one parent stay home to be the primary caretaker.
