Yer its very minimal/restricted in the UK. The states always has more variety & quality in everything. I blame the UKs high food standards, they take the fun out of everything. 😝

Eh...all good. Mostly just venting/processing & letting commissioners know reason for current hold up. It's another thing to add to my long medical records, Should hopefully get a Machine to help me sleep soon, Though the waiting list is long. Just hope I can get one before I move/get new job. 🤞
Tired update on the chaos that is my existence. 😅 Today I got results after 5 months without a word. I scored high for Sleep apnea. It explains a lot of my issues of chronic fatigue, brain fog & more as I'm not actually getting proper sleep no mater how long. >_<; Joy! (jk) 😝
