I'm among those who are appalled by the Biden-Harris Administration's inability/unwillingness to put any check on Israel, but the best-case scenario should Trump win would be the exact same policy. Given that, I'll hold my nose and vote D, but I wish the people actually had any impact to stop this.

Trump would not de even tge good things that Biden tried (and sometimes succeeded in). The cease fire failed, but he put a sanction on an organization of settlers who were blocking aid. They had no access to their money or credit cards. They disbanded after that. Heard it on NPR

First of all, Harris is not in control of Biden's foreign policy. Second, if you think it's bad now, wait until you see the Trump alternative! There are lots of levers a President Harris could use to rein in settler terror as well as limit further destruction in Gaza. Trump would do none of them.

This is where most outsider leftists are in general, and some aren't willing to hold their nose anymore. Some say it's for strategic reasons, some believe it is, but at the core it's mostly "I really can't put my name behind a genocidal maniac again."
