The young adults need a reliable car to drive!
Oh god. I wonder if that’s going to happen here. I’ve only been here in winter for a week before and saw the Taco Bell Bentley covered in iced over slush like it hadn’t been driven for months.
Maaan I didn’t want you to flat out tell me. I wanted to investigate. Having been around since forever I ve always had weird feelings about our OG figureheads considering I knew what we were all like in our teens and twenties. People (can) change, but sometimes not quick enough, you know?
Oooh tsismis! You don’t have to name names just tell me the scene and I’ll do my own digging 🐸☕️
Shit, me too.
Apparently this is a thing that happens every spring so I’m going to earmark some cash and see what I can score but it’s kinda wild to see luxury cars used as daily drivers on Main Street USA. These international students don’t even care about ‘em. A $40k car is a beater.
Someone who lives by Taco Bell has a Bentley. This is a college town in the Midwest, these cars are going to be UNDRIVABLE in winter due to road conditions. Last year a local was selling their Tesla for $3k (under 10000 miles) because it was more hassle to ship it home at the end of the year.
Something I noticed at the gym yesterday that bothered me was the disparity of income in the parking lot. My partner pulled up in their 2025 Toyota next to: Alfa Romeros/Porsches/BMWs/Mercedes/some kind of luxury sportscar Meanwhile a Kia and a Tesla parked next to us in the brokey section.
Ok they woke up, went to pee, kissed me and was snoring again in under a minute. I feel like the bed passed the test, but we’ll get the verdict when they officially wake up. In the meantime I need to acquire some coffee for them because all I have is decaf and I’ve already been warned.
Yeah that sounds good actually
