This is absolutely the fault of Star Trek for mixing them up.
Were they against the war on drugs because they realised it was a futile unfair endeavor that invariably punished those at the bottom whilst letting those at the top off, or were they against it because they liked taking drugs and wanted to keep doing so?

And, like, yeah, we do have a transphobia problem. But the idea that America gets to sit on its moral high horse as if they don't is almost as ridiculous as the US criticising the UK's food.
I dunno if I'm just being sensitive, but sometimes I get the impression that Americans are taking a but too much pleasure in how it's now acceptable to "bully" the British.
One related thing I've noticed is when nerdy podcasts make the same jokes about things they don't cover. Wrestling podcasts making weak comic jokes. Comic podcasts making weak wrestling jokes.
Also, the new Doctor was a fabulous dresser.
