Republicans who stand up to Trump are regularly terrorized by their fellow partisans. It’s a commonly known consequence, but we don’t hear much about it.

Trump thugs have terrorized anyone who speaks up or goes against Trump. Politicians, Judges, and all media are targets and have been for almost ten years. Romney has had a taste of this, W, too, and they are hoping to dodge more of the same.
Romney is being pretty dramatic. Will crazy MAGA idiots harass him? Probably but no more than any other republican who supports Harris. He's so rich that whatever outrageous shit Trump does if elected won't affect him or his family. Plus, his tax rates won't go up. He doesn't have much of a spine.
