hello, today you might like to watch Grave of the Fireflies, a fundamentally disturbing film about two orphans fighting for their lives during the Pacific War. if not, try Speaking of Sex, a lowbrow flop no budget sex farce from 2001.

“what to watch: recommended for you!” okay, but many of these are movies i just watched. i googled them, i found what streaming service they’re on, i watched them, google remembered. now it’s suggesting i re-watch “eyes wide shut”. you know, like a human being might do 🤷‍♀️

i have other thoughts that i will keep to myself except for this: if people online were dissecting and debating my sexuality every day when i was 26, i would want to bury myself alive!
