Please tell me your horrible neighbor stories

For a thankfully brief time we rented half of a townhouse; on the other side of the wall were some guys in a band who would practice the opening bit of 'Let's Get It Started' over and over for hours

Not me… but my parents used to live downstairs from a magician who used to beat up his girlfriend. One night after a very loud fight she walked out on him and he chased her screaming down the hall. Unfortunately for him his door locked automatically and he was buck naked.

Neighbors little boy inappropriately touched my daughter, admitted to it, then a couple months later they said the claims were "unfounded" and turned the neighborhood against us. It's been 2 years and we still don't talk to anyone.

My upstairs neighbors though it was a great idea to let workers use multiple jackhammer at the same time when they were renovating

Lived in a first floor apartment for two years, with awful neighbors all around, but primarily my next-door and upstairs neighbors were the worst. Here are some highlights followed by the grand finale that caused me to have to permanently move out (thread);

Our neighbors have called the cops on us four times because... our lawn has a native grass and clover, and not bagged bermudagrass

When I was a kid our neighbors two doors down had a house fire after they 'upgraded' all their fuses to higher amperage because they 'kept blowing'. Then they convinced our very nice elderly neighbor to let them run an extension cord from his place. Luckily the fire marshall intervened.

Growing up, my neighbors’ big white German shepherd named Texas (no lie) would terrorize the neighborhood. My family would be afraid to go outside b/c the dog would charge at us. We’d call the neighbor to come get Texas out of our yard. He’d come & kick the dog! Made us feel bad & very conflicted!

The guy we bought our house from paid the neighbor $15k to park his Zombie Response Vehicle somewhere else while listing. That not street legal, camo-ed truck had a toothy mouth on the front, and both a skeleton with a Gatling gun and an atom bomb (water heater) with a skeleton fetus inside on top.

Neighbor would blast music so loud our apartment would shake from it.She'd pass out drunkenly while it played at all hours. When asked to turn it down she'd get furious because "what you don't like my music?!" And start fights. When the police came she started a fight with them and got arrested.
