Exhibit A

The image shows a close-up view of a bicycle frame, focusing on a section where several cables and wires are visibly damaged. The cables appear to have been chewed through, with frayed ends and exposed wires visible. This damage is consistent with the earlier mention of a dog chewing on power cables of a cargo bike.

The bicycle frame is black, and parts of a wheel and other bike components can be seen in the background. The bike is positioned on what looks like artificial grass or a lawn, suggesting it's outdoors.

The defendant, who stands accused of chewing through the power cables on our cargo bike

The image shows a golden retriever dog resting on a blue-gray upholstered chair or sofa. The dog has its eyes closed and appears to be sleeping or very relaxed. Its head is resting on the arm of the chair, and its golden fur contrasts nicely with the blue-gray fabric. The dog's nose is prominently visible in the foreground. In the background, you can see a window and what looks like some books or papers on a surface, suggesting this might be in a home office or living room setting. The image gives off a cozy, peaceful atmosphere with the comfortable-looking dog taking a nap.

What does it say about me that I laughed out loud during this? The "rip the bandaid off" I thought had great comic timing

CW: quite dark. Someone apparently sent the NotebookLM podcasters a “press release” informing them their podcast is AI. They turned it into a podcast. (At least that’s the claim here: I suppose this could be scripted.) www.reddit.com/r/notebooklm...

What a week. Unrelenting bombing of civilians. Destructive hurricane intensified by climate change. Continued denial of an ongoing pandemic, and steps towards a new one. Widespread government corruption. Thank you everyone pushing back despite the bleakness. Keep lighting a candle in the darkness.

I do not know the source of this image. Please consider carefully if you should view it now.

The image shows a 10-point scale titled "The Suicide Scale" with cartoon illustrations. Each point on the scale represents increasing severity of suicidal thoughts and behaviors, from "1: I am so happy that I will literally go insane if the happiness is sustained for any length of time" to "10: I am actively trying to kill myself. If I do not get medical attention, it is very likely I will die."

The illustrations progress from cheerful stick figures to increasingly distressed ones. The background color shifts from white to green to yellow to orange to red as the severity increases.

TW: suicide. At various points in my life, I have struggled with depression. The image in the next tweet has proven useful to me in understanding and describing how close to the edge I am. I'm posting it in hope that it may help others. The UK's Suicide Prevention Helpline is 08006895652
