We had a tough stretch of daycare a few years back (multiple "write-up's" everyday for our 2yo) and it was one of the best things that ever happened to my perspective as a classroom teacher, I feel like.
I also worry sometimes that schools put pressure on teachers to "communicate everything or it didn't happen" and, as a result, create a tidal wave of negativity from teachers to families. I'm really sorry about what this puts on your shoulders. [2/2]
