Someone involved with the production must be able to sue for lost residuals or royalties musnโt they? It wouldnโt be that hard to prove lost income to a judge or arbitrator.
So many people use the word democracy when what they mean is a constitutional democracy with the rule of law. Too many people think rule of law is policing of any legislated law. We violated our constitutions to codify racism. We got rid of the codes but are left with the systems that built up.
Buying the biggest vehicle you can is a free choice. Driving it (safely) is a free choice. Demanding the government force other people to make room for it when you arrive is socialism. Pick a lane. If you like small government and low taxes it will be a bike lane.

It looks like @CityofEdmonton has added a temporary camera to record drivers blocking to crosswalk at 142st and 104 ave. Whether itโs to catalogue the need for more enforcement or study a fixed signal our family appreciates it. This is a busy school crossing .
I spoke in favour at the new Edmonton ZBL hearing. I wanted to stand up for the city I hope for as my kids become adults and my wife and I age. I think we all want a city that is vibrant and comfortable, familiar and never stagnant but we may disagree on the means.
