Full offense, it looks like garbage.

I can see how letting it persist for now would be a good source of data - and as long as it isn't causing active and apparent harm, that data's probably better for long-term security than banning it. I'd be surprised if they don't have a button ready to end it if it does something they don't like.

It's not about user-to-user blocking. He wouldn't even need to keep Mutes to satisfy the ToS - he just needs to be able to ban users. https://staging.bsky.app/profile/rahaeli.bsky.social/post/3k5dddcmf6j23

Even Yoel agrees with a reading that is "the service being able to ban users" and not "users being able to block each other". https://staging.bsky.app/profile/yoyoel.com/post/3k5b54z6xbg2n

Yes, the ability to block users from the service - not the ability for users to block each other. As in, the ability to stop a user from accessing the service, commonly known as a ban. It's a misreading of the guideline as "users have to be able to block each other", unfortunately.

1. It's not actually against ToS - the ToS requires the app dev be able to block (ban) users, not users be able to block users. 2. I'm pretty sure rate limiting is still in there - it takes me like 30s to open a tweet and see the replies. Sometimes longer.

And last reply, I swear, I don't mean to spam your notifs - I can understand what you mean by only having speculation. At least to my eye, and knowing through Ilya's response posts, that he is not shy with the Lasso Tool, that the Altisaur really looks like it was Lasso'd about and then I2I'd.

(Also I got blocked by Ilya, too, after critiquing his tonedeaf response. Seems like a swell kind of person. /s)

By "finished" I mean the appearance of the Altisaur from concept to the interior art seemingly being I2I'd with little else done to it. I'm less familiar with WotC other than their demand for quality - more with the smaller trade publishers - so I'll defer to you. AD still dropped the ball IMO.

The way I see this, assuming WotC is completely honest about what happened, this is a problem with their AD. It should have been caught. But I don't think WotC is completely honest - they only singled out Ilya in their statement, but who "finished" April's concept with AI? Also Ilya? I doubt it.
