Stay on topic. What are you mad about? My initial post? Or the way I replied to people? You replied that I'm dismissing people's lived experiences, which I'm not doing. If you want to switch up now and tell me you didn't like my original post, that's fine. I don't post for your enjoyment.
Your swearing at me in my mentions, and then calling me aggressive? You're inserting yourself in a conversation between me and my friend Matt, and presuming to tell me how to talk to him? In my reply literally included "I'm not saying that this doesn't happen."
Your failure at reading comprehension is not my problem. Literally none of the people I replied to would tell you that I dismissed their lived experience. Because I didn't do that. My reply wasn't "this didn't happen!" My reply was "I'm not convinced that this happens more to white than Black."
We often talk about the very real need to protect transgender women. ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธโฅ๏ธ๐๐ฟ Cops won't do it. But then we create "transgender spaces" not inclusive of, or safe for, Black or Hispanic transgender women. Even though most of the women killed for being transgender, are Black or Hispanic. A Black woman that's married to a Clarence Thomas, or a Mike Tyson, or a Kanye West, is not at less risk of having an abusive controlling conservative control her vote than a white woman. Also, a Black woman married to a lib dem, is not at less risk of having an abusive partner control either.
I totally agree that this happens a non-zero number of times. My point is that this is a function of men being trash generally, and some men being abusive. And I have seen zero evidence that white women suffer from abuse and DV more than Black women. I've seen much evidence of the exact opposite.
eg, in the US, white women are often presented as victims of the gender pay gap, when in reality, they cause much of it. Because most of the US gender pay gap, is racism against Black and Latina women.๐๐ So many (ineffective) corporate programs attempting to close the gender pay gap, ignore racism.

No, I think y'all are doing the very common US thing, where you look at an injustice supposedly suffered by "women," and then mentally map it to "white women" and then think of all kinds of interventions to protect "white women," when most of that harm actually falls on Black women.
OTOH, there really are ~50 million women like Gretchen Whitmer and Billie Eilish: white women of all ages and marital statuses that support the non-fashy candidate, and that will totally vote for Harris... if they're properly registered and remember to vote during the voting window. Focus there.๐๐ฟ
